UP System HRDO Rolls Out Enhanced PUSO Attendance and Leave Tracking Module

The University of the Philippines System officially commences system-wide deployment of its streamlined attendance analytics and digital leave endorsement workflows.

In line with the ongoing digital governance agenda of the University of the Philippines System, the System Human Resources Development Office (SHRDO) has announced the completion of Phase 2 of the PUSO (People United for Service Organization) HRIS infrastructure. The updated platform integrates biometrics records, flexible work arrangement schedules, and automated leave credit deductions in real-time, drastically reducing manual processing time for unit administrative officers.
